Overview

LeastAction Labs, Inc. (“LeastAction,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the LeastAction platform — a self-hosted data pipeline orchestration tool. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website at leastactionlabs.com, request a demo, or contact us, and how we handle that information.

Because LeastAction is a self-hosted product, we do not have access to your pipeline data, credentials, or the data you process within the platform. That data lives entirely within your infrastructure.

  • Browser type and operating system (aggregated only)
  • Core Web Vitals performance metrics

We do not use persistent third-party cookies or fingerprinting. Analytics data is aggregated and not sold to any third party.

If you email us directly, we retain that correspondence to respond and for our records.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Respond to your messages and schedule demos
  • Send product updates you have opted into
  • Understand which parts of our website are most useful
  • Improve page performance and accessibility
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share it only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. We use a small number of trusted vendors (e.g., email delivery, calendar scheduling) who process data solely on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business transfers. If LeastAction Labs is acquired or merges with another company, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on our site before that happens.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and email correspondence for up to 3 years to support ongoing business relationships. Aggregated, anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely. You may request deletion at any time (see Your Rights).

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time
  • Data portability — receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@leastactionlabs.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
